Sun loungers are always available at any time of the day. The hotel has an excellent huge beach, a smooth sandy entrance to the sea, swimming is a pleasure! Beautiful sunsets. In the morning you can walk along the beach in any direction for a very long time... There are many activities on the beach: ATVs, horses, jet skis, but all this is not from the hotel, local dealers offer this. You can take a SUP or surf from the hotel, there are lessons with an instructor. Not a bad spa with a good massage. A very beautiful restaurant Surf Club, the territory is decorated with love, you can play billiards. The rooms in the hotel are spacious and quite comfortable. Now about the comments for the hotel... The staff needs to be more carefully supervised with the assembly of rooms. They do not always clean well... The hotel does not have enough services to achieve the 5* status... there are not even bathrobes in the rooms. The reception staff is very unobtrusive. In my opinion, there is not enough greenery and shade on the territory, you are almost always in the sun ... The restaurants cook very tasty, the sea bass in Thai style was simply delicious! But PLEASE add a separate section to the menu with the most important and popular dishes of local cuisine!!! You have separate large sections of the menu with pasta, pizza, etc., but no Myanmar cuisine!!! And therefore, people do not dine with you, but go to the village to other restaurants!!! I want to say about breakfasts: they are not bad, you can always find something to eat, but this is far from the level of 5 *, rather an average 4. Instant coffee and Lipton tea - are you serious? You can order normal coffee for breakfast, but for $ 4 ... Please think about it! In general, we liked the hotel and we had a great rest, but there are points that need to be taken into account and improved in order to be called a 5 * hotel. Thank you.

after a beautiful stroll on the beach, we came to this very highly rated hotel, and wanted to have some food and refreshing beverages after we heat it up on the beach. When we came to the restaurant, the staff were welcoming and offered US dollar priced menu with several refreshing beverages and a nice selection of food. We however, inquired about using the swimming pool, in this absolutely dead hotel with zero customers. We were willing to pay for our, use of the swimming pool facilities, as we wanted to cool down. However, we were told by the staff that no outside guests are allowed in the swimming pool. We therefore canceled all the food that we have requested, paid for our drinks, and left back to our hotel room. We were very disappointed by the way that the hotel staff treated us, as well as the fact that a banana milkshake that was ordered, was then announced as unavailable 15 minutes after being ordered. We hope the hotel gets it together, we wanted to speak with the manager. We were told that the manager is not on the property, and there is no manager. What a shame.

Staying at the Yatch Club Ngwe Saung Hotel was a very pleasant experience. The staff’s hospitality, courteous manners, sense of responsibility, and accountability were all beyond expectations, and I was truly impressed. They served guests with politeness and care, providing services that met all our needs to a satisfying degree. Therefore, I highly recommend choosing the Yatch Club Hotel if you’re ever visiting Ngwe Saung Beach.

I’ve visited NSYC multiple times between 2023 and 2025. While every trip went smoothly before, my experience in May 2025 was quite disappointing due to several issues. Many of the former staff were no longer there, there was a change in chefs, and Surf Point Restaurant had closed down, making things inconvenient. I’ve always chosen NSYC for its quietness and high-class ambiance, but recently, guests have been bringing soundboxes and creating loud, rowdy noise until 10:00–11:00 PM, with no proper control from management. This has made me reconsider choosing it in the future. On top of that, the place seems unable to retain skilled staff, and the current inexperienced employees are causing more and more problems. It’s really frustrating. Hope this helps!

1. The breakfast is below the standard for a 5 star hotel , i have never seen a top tier hotel that serve water cress for breakfast. There's no other hotels in Ngwe Saung that can top the breakfast at Eskala. I suggest the admin staffs of NSYC to stay a night there. 2. The pool's water level is too deep for average heights. I understand the pool needs to be deep enough for surfing lessons. But i suggest that the pool level to be reduced to a few feet so that short persons can swim comfortably.

While I understand that staff changes are inevitable, it’s disheartening when familiar faces are gone. I’ve stayed here countless times since 2018, and though there haven’t been any major issues lately, the accumulation of small shortcomings has left me less satisfied than before.
